Dechert LLP recently grew its CLO team with the addition of Blake Gilson as counsel in its global finance practice, further bolstering its complex credit fund structures capabilities. Mr. Gilson will be based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Gilson joins the firm from Milbank. He will be specializing in the Complex Credit and Insurance Solutions team which focuses on rated funds and other complex credit fund structures including captive CLO Equity funds, reflecting the firm’s dedication to the evolving private credit landscape and insurance capital raising with a specialist team.
Mr. Gilson received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from Columbia University.
