CPL Resources Limited (CPL), a subsidiary of Japan-listed Outsourcing Group, announced the acquisition of neusta consulting Group. The closing of the transaction is still subject to antitrust clearance.

According to its own information, CPL employs over 14,000 people and has nearly 50 offices in 13 countries worldwide – Ireland, the UK, Germany, Belgium, France, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Tunisia and the USA.
CPL is part of Outsourcing Inc., a publicly traded Tokyo-based company with access to a global sourcing and supply network of more than 250 subsidiaries in 39 countries on 6 continents.
neusta consulting was founded in 2008 by Thorsten Prüser and will continue to be managed by Gudrun Müller (Managing Director) and Tim Grossman (Managing Director), who have been with the business since inception. Part of the group is also the 100% subsidiary, nc temp GmbH. According to its own information, the group employs 53 people at its seven locations in Germany, with the headquarters remaining in Hamburg.
