BTE Renewables’ Acquisition of Interests in Mulilo Sonnedix Prieska Solar Project

Norton Rose Fulbright advised Sonnedix on the deal.

Sonnedix sold its interests in the 75MW Mulilo Sonnedix Prieska solar project to BTE Renewables.

Sonnedix is a global independent solar power producer with around 400 solar PV plants/farms across 10 countries.

BTE Renewables is one of Africa’s leading renewable energy companies, with an operating portfolio of nearly 500 MW of wind and solar PV projects in South Africa and Kenya.
