AMD’s $1 Billion Senior Notes Offering

AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) has priced an underwritten public offering of US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.924% Senior Notes due 2032 and US$500 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.393% Senior Notes due 2052.

Barclays Capital Inc., BofA Securities, Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as representatives of the underwriters for the offering.

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. is a global leading semiconductor company that develops computer processors and related technologies for business and consumer markets.

Latham & Watkins represented AMD in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partners Tad Freese (Picture) and Brian Paulson, with associates Richard Kim, Raul Gonzalez, and Natalie Robertson.
