On May 4, 2022, Altus Group Limited (TSX: AIF) announced its acquisition of Rethink Solutions Inc., the developer of itamlink, a software which provides comprehensive tax management solutions and is used by many organizations across the U.S. and Canada to optimize property tax processes.
The acquisition brings a complementary software offering, property tax-focused technical talent, and strong customer relationships.
