Alliant Insurance’s $675 Million of Secured and Unsecured High Yield Offerings

Alliant Holdings, L.P. (“Alliant Insurance”) announced the offerings, by its subsidiaries, of $225 million aggregate principal amount of 4.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 and $450 million aggregate principal amount of 5.875% Senior Notes due 2029 pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. The 4.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 constitute a further issuance of Alliant Insurance’s existing 4.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 that were issued in October 2020.

Alliant Insurance is a specialty-oriented, middle-market insurance brokerage organization providing property and casualty and employee benefits products and services on a national scale.
