Akh Gold Limited’s Obtaining Gold Exploration Licenses

Adsero – Ragy Soliman & Partners advised Akh Gold Limited on the deal.

Akh Gold Limited, a subsidiary of Altus Strategies Plc obtained four exploration licenses awarded by the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and the Egyptian Mineral Resources Authority following the international bid round 1/2020 for Gold and Associated Minerals.
