UPM-Kymmene Corporation’s Acquisition of AMC AG Advanced Methods of Coating

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised UPM-Kymmene Corporation and its labelling division UPM Raflatac on the deal.

UPM-Kymmene Corporation and its labelling division UPM Raflatac (‘UPM’) acquired AMC AG Advanced Methods of Coating (‘AMC’).
