UnitedHealth Group Incorporated announced its $6 billion offering of aggregate principal amount of its notes, consisting of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.7% Notes due 2027, $900 million aggregate principal amount of 4% Notes due 2029, $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.2% Notes due 2032, $2 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.75% Notes due 2052 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.95% Notes due 2062. The offering closed on May 20, 2022.
