STS Holding’s IPO

Greenberg Traurig advised the investment banks on the deal. White & Case advised STS Holding.

STS Holding S.A. announced the initial public offering of shares and the admission of its shares to listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The value of the shares sold in the IPO was almost PLN 1.1 billion including the over-allotment shares. The IPO of STS Holding included a retail and institutional public offering in Poland as well as an institutional offering for investors outside of Poland in accordance with Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.

Goldman Sachs and UBS acted as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, mBank and PKO BP Biuro Maklerskieas Joint Bookrunners and WOOD & Company as a Joint Bookrunner.

Founded in 1997, the STS Group is the largest licensed bookmaker in Poland, which also operates on the international market. The bookmaker is licensed in the UK and Estonia from where it offers services in several foreign markets. STS Group offers betting products including sports betting, e-sports, virtual sports, bet games and online casinos in select markets.
