Stelco Holdings Inc.’s C$183 Million Secondary Offering

On March 10, 2021, Stelco Holdings Inc. (TSX: STLC) completed a bought deal secondary offering of 7,000,000 common shares sold by Bedrock Industries Coöperatief U.A..

The offering was priced at C$26.25 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of C$183,750,000 to Bedrock Industries Coöperatief U.A.

Stelco is a low cost, integrated and independent steelmaker with one of the newest and most technologically advanced integrated steelmaking facilities in North America.
