Spotify announced its acquisition of Podsights. With this acquisition, Spotify will be able to help advertisers understand how podcast ads drive actions that matter to their businesses. 

Spotify Technology S.A., together with its subsidiaries, provides audio streaming services worldwide. It operates in two segments, Premium and Ad-Supported. 

Podsights is a leading podcast advertising measurement service that helps advertisers better measure and scale their podcast advertising.
