Rivean Capital’s Acquisition of Trustteam

White & Case has advised Barings on a unitranche financing for the acquisition. Eubelius assisted Trustteam’s management.

Rivean Capital executed the acquisition of a majority stake in Trustteam, from Ardian Expansion.

Established in 2002 with offices in Belgium, France and Romania and nearly 6,500 customers, Trustteam is a major IT managed services player that provides cloud solutions, hardware and networks, software, VoIP and support. It has two ISO 27001 certified data centers which allow it to meet the most stringent information security requirements.

Established in 1982, with offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Italy and in excess of €3 billion in funds under management, Rivean Capital is a leading European private equity investor in mid-market transactions with operations in the DACH countries, Benelux and Italy which has invested in more than 250 companies.
