Gross & co. advised Rani Zim Shopping Centers on the deal.
Rani Zim Shopping Centers executed a transaction in which the company partnered with Kardan Israel and Geva Kfar Saba, in a set of agreements that includes a joint transaction agreement to sell 50% of rights in a real estate project that includes commercial, logistic and server farm located in the east industrial area, Kfar Saba.
The scope of the transaction is approximately NIS 195 million.
