PKN ORLEN Group’s Acquisition of Fuel Stations in Hungary

PKN ORLEN Group executed an umbrella agreement on the acquisition by PKN ORLEN Group entities of a network of 185 fuel stations in Hungary and Slovakia from MOL Plc.

Polski Koncern Naftowy Orlen, often known as just Orlen, is a Polish state oil refiner and petrol retailer.
