ORIX’s $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

ORIX Corporation announced its $500 million offering of 4% senior notes due 2032. The offering was made pursuant to ORIX’s shelf registration statement on Form F-3 under the Securities Act.

ORIX is a leading financial services company in Japan and is a provider of consumer and commercial financial products and services to Japanese and foreign customers.
