Monomoy Capital Partners’ $1.1 Billion Fund Formation

Monomoy Capital Partners, a middle-market private investment firm focused on operational value creation, announced the formation of its fourth private equity fund (“Fund IV”) in November 2021.

The fund was oversubscribed with commitments over $1.1 billion. Monomoy secured commitments from a globally-diversified group of limited partners for Fund IV comprised of leading endowments, foundations, pension plans, insurance companies and family offices.
