LinkedIn’s Acquisition of EduBrite

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised LinkedIn on the deal.

LinkedIn announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire EduBrite, a platform that specializes in creating, hosting, and deploying professional certificates. The acquisition will allow LinkedIn to integrate EduBrite’s rigorous certification assessment engine into the LinkedIn Learning platform which will enable LinkedIn to better test and verify the skills people have to help them grow in their careers and enable them to earn credentials from organizations that they can then showcase on their LinkedIn profile.
