Inventronics’ Acquisition of Digital Systems Business Unit of ams OSRAM

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and BonelliErede advised ams OSRAM on the deal, while White & Case advised Inventronics.

ams OSRAM announced the sale of its Digital Systems business unit in Europe and Asia to Inventronics, a global provider of LED drivers whose shares are listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, China.

The ams OSRAM business unit Digital Systems in Europe and Asia focusses on the development of power supplies with related light modules, software and connectable components for traditional and LED lighting. These are essential components for luminaires in professional lighting applications to enable smart and digitised lighting solutions.
