Icafal Inversiones S.A. announced the acquisition of a stake in Tritec-Intervento, one of the largest players in Chile in the construction industry for renewable energy projects and green solutions. The legal advised included the due diligence process, and the drafting, negotiation and signing of the transaction documents. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The signing date was March 11, 2022. The closing of the transaction is subject to certain conditions that are usual for this type of operation.
Founded in 2005, ICAFAL Inversiones is a solid company that functions as a platform for ICAFAL Engineering and Construction to apply for concessions and, in general, to develop infrastructure for public and private use, from its conception to its materialization, start-up and long-term operation.
