HH Global’s Acquisition of Noosh

Fenwick & West advised HH Global on the deal.

HH Global, an independent marketing execution partner to global brands in more than 65 countries, announced its acquisition of Noosh, a global marketing technology solution provider.

The acquisition will allow HH Global to introduce self-serve and hybrid solutions to clients while providing differentiated opportunities to extend existing client relationships into new categories and regions.
