Gaiofato e Galvão creates the People and Relationship and Quality areas

Under the command of Angelo Sordi and Monique Bertelli, the new areas of the office aim to improve the development of the relationship between partners and employees as well as clients.

Founded more than 18 years ago, Gaiofato e Galvão has a history marked by the competence of its professionals and the willingness to adapt to the culture of its clients. It is not by chance that its performance, always guided by effectiveness, agility and ethics, has gained increasing recognition within the business world over the years.

This long and arduous work of searching for the improvement of the services provided to its clients made Gaiofato e Galvão reach the present day being a reference in the legal market, a fact that expanded its image and took its name to companies that did not know it before. For this reason, the firm is currently undergoing a phase of intense expansion, with the creation of new legal centers, the arrival of new clients and the use of new and more modern work too.

All this made the firm identify the need to think about and put into practice actions that would improve the relationship between partners, employees and clients – and it was in this context that the new areas of People and Relationship and Quality came to life.

The People area, led by Head Angelo Sordi, will work towards the development of the firm’s human capital, creating and promoting actions that strengthen cooperation between people and enable the identification and strategic appreciation of the individualities of partners and employees.

Head Monique Bertelli, in turn, will coordinate, as leader of the Relationship and Quality area, a complex process of reformulation and subsequent maintenance of the firm’s internal structures, while offering technical support to lawyers in the performance of every day’s tasks and will watch over their relationship with customers.

All this work to be carried out by the new areas will have as main objective to transform Gaiofato e Galvão into a reference not only in the provision of legal services, but also and above all as an office that has the quality of human relations as a present value in its culture and makes it an instrument to boost the trajectory of partners, employees and businesses.
