FS Luxembourg’s $50 Million Reopening of Senior Secured Notes Offering

Simpson Thacher represented Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as initial purchaser in the offering.

FS Luxembourg S.à r.l.’s completed its offering of US$50 million aggregate principal amount of additional 10% Senior Secured Notes due 2025. The additional notes constituted a reopening of the US$550 million aggregate principal amount of notes initially issued on December 15, 2020, increasing the aggregate principal amount of the series to US$600 million.

FS Luxembourg is a wholly owned financing subsidiary of FS Agrisolutions Indústria de Biocombustíveis Ltda., a low-cost, low-carbon producer of biofuels, animal nutrition products and renewable energy in Brazil.
