Ethernity Networks Limited’s £15 Million Initial Public Offering

Law firm Howard Kennedy has advised Israel-based Ethernity Networks Limited on its successful AIM float that has seen the company raise £15m through an institutional placing by Nomad and Brokers, Arden Partners.

Ethernity Networks was founded in 2004 by CEO David Levi and Vice President R&D Shavit Baruch in Tel Aviv, Israel, to develop data network processing technology that is used in high-end carrier ethernet applications across the telecom, mobile, security and data centre markets.

The Company’s technology, protected by five US patents, is today used by over 400,000 systems globally.

The share placing was oversubscribed, evidencing the attraction of UK investors to this exciting hi-tech growth opportunity.
