Enviva Inc., the world’s largest producer of industrial wood pellets, a renewable and sustainable energy source, has announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 4,300,000 common shares at US$70.00 per share. Enviva has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 645,000 common shares from Enviva. The Offering is expected to close on January 24, 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
The Joint Book-Running Managers included Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, Barclays, BMO Capital Markets, HSBC, RBC Capital Markets, and Truist Securities. The Co-Managers included Raymond James, Loop Capital Markets, and U.S. Capital Advisors.
