engcon AB announced its approximately SEK 1.82 billion IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm. The price in the IPO was set at SEK 46 per share, which corresponds to a market value for all shares in engcon of approximately SEK 7.0 billion. The offering was directed to the general public in Sweden as well as to qualified institutional investors in Sweden and, with certain exceptions, internationally.
Engcon is a world-leading manufacturer of tiltrotators and accessories which enhance the efficiency, flexibility, profitability, safety and sustainability of excavators. Engcon’s head office is located in Strömsund, Jämtland.
