Cint Group’s $515 Million Shares Offering

Cint Group AB completed a primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 4.4 billion (approx. $515.2 million) at a subscription price of SEK 111.50 per share.

Cint is a software leader in digital insights gathering. 

Carnegie Investment Bank and Danske Bank acted as Joint Bookrunners.
