Charter Communications Operating, LLC and Charter Communications Operating Capital Corp., wholly owned subsidiaries of Charter Communications, Inc., executed a public offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.400% senior secured notes due 2033, $1,500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.250% senior secured notes due 2053 and $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.500% senior secured notes due 2063.
