Bright Green’s $1,26 Billion Public Offering

Bright Green Corp. announced its public offering, collaborating with the client to use a somewhat non-traditional approach. The decision was made to use a direct listing approach versus a traditional initial public offering. This resulted in the client’s stock trading at 216% above its listing price of US$8.

Bright Green is a first-mover in the U.S. federally-authorized cannabis space. Bright Green’s mission is to be the premier federally-authorized provider of cannabis in North America.
