Boston Scientific announced its cash tender offer for $2.85 billion aggregate principal amount, consisiting of outstanding 3.375% Senior Notes due 2022, 4.125% Senior Notes due 2023, 4.7% Senior Notes due 2049, 4.55% Senior Notes due 2039, 4% Senior Notes due 2029, 4% Senior Notes due 2028, 3.85% Senior Notes due 2025, 3.75% Senior Notes due 2026 and 3.45% Senior Notes due 2024.
