Booking Holdings’ $1.2 Billion Acquisition of Getaroom

Booking Holdings Inc., a leading provider of online travel and related services, executed the acquisition of Getaroom, a Court Square Capital portfolio company, for $1.2 billion.

Getaroom is a technology-first, B2B-focused distributor of hotel rooms.

Completion of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. At closing, U.S.-based Getaroom will roll into Booking Holdings’ Priceline brand.
