Bain Capital’s Acquisition of House of HR

Latham & Watkins, Kirkland & Ellis, Arendt and NautaDutilh advised Bain Capital Private Equity on the deal.

Bain Capital Private Equity, one of the world’s leading private multi-asset alternative investment firms, executed its acquisition of a 55% stake in House of HR, a European leader in HR services.

 The acquisition financing includes private and public debt instruments. Selling shareholder Naxicap, management, and founder Conny Vandendriessche will hold the remaining shares.

House of HR is headquartered in Roeselare, Belgium, and has offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany, and recruitment agencies in Poland, Romania, Hungary and Spain. It places over 57,000 people each month across small, medium and large companies.
