Avast plc £6.2 Billion Merger With NortonLifeLock Inc

Ashurst advised Evercore Partners International LLP on the deal. Macfarlanes and Kirkland & Ellis advised NortonLifeLock Inc. White & Case LLP advised Avast plc.

On completion of the merger, the combined group will be dual headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, and Tempe, Arizona, USA, and will have a significant presence in the Czech Republic. The combined group will be listed on NASDAQ.
