Apollo Global Management’s $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

Apollo Management Holdings, L.P., an indirect subsidiary of Apollo Global Management, Inc., completed an offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 2.65% Senior Notes due 2030.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and BofA Securities, Inc. acted as initial purchasers for the offering.

Apollo is a leading global alternative investment manager with total assets under management of $316 billion as of March 31, 2020.
