Allianz Group’s €85 Million Acquisition of 70,000 Square Metre Logistics Facility From Infrahubs

Wistrand and CMS advised Allianz on the deal.

Allianz Real Estate has acquired a 70,000 square metre logistics facility in Norrköping from Swedish logistics developer Infrahubs.

Allianz Real Estate acquired the asset for around EUR 85 million on behalf of several companies in the Allianz Group for its growing Nordics portfolio. The acquisition of the logistics facility is also intended to support Allianz Real Estate’s commitment to ESG through the installation of one of the largest solar panel arrays in Sweden.

The newly completed asset is located in the logistics ‘golden triangle’ connecting the four Nordic capitals of Copenhagen, Oslo, Helsinki and Stockholm. It is situated in a strategic micro location in Norrköping, with a major motorway, harbor, rail connection and airport all within a 15-minute drive. It is fully let to prime tenant PostNord on a long-term lease.

The Wistrand’s team has been led by partner Robert Kullgren (Picture) together with senior associates Joel Björnfot, Emil Dalén and Sandra Kolmodin.

The CMS was led by partners Volker Zerr and Kai Wallisch.
