A joint venture consisting of ABG Real Estate Group and HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG purchased of Deutsche Bank’s main branch, a listed building located in Frankfurt’s Rossmarkt.
The property was built in 1904 and has been extended and refurbished multiple times over the years. It has six above-ground floors with a total rental space of 13,600 sqm. Deutsche Bank, which has been using the building for 90 years and also had its headquarters there for a number of years, will remain the tenant. The seller is a fund owned by PGIM Real Estate.
