With a career spanning more than 16 years marked by leadership roles at prestigious law firms, she has extensive experience in domestic and international strategic planning, M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, and tax advisory services for various sectors. She also has significant experience in estate and succession planning, in addition to representing clients in federal administrative litigation before CARF.
Andréa holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from PUC-SP, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Taxation from the renowned International Tax Center at Leiden University in the Netherlands, and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
