The German law firm Leinemann Partner, which specialises in construction, real estate and public procurement law, is adding its long-standing partner Stefan Erdmann to its circle of equity partners. The specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law at the firm’s Berlin office has been appointed as an equity partner with effect from 1 January 2025.
Stefan Erdmann advises in particular on private construction law and architectural law, representing clients in legal disputes and providing project-related advice on construction projects. He also deals with data protection issues and advises IT service providers on the implementation of and compliance with the GDPR. Stefan Erdmann is also a lecturer for construction contract law at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.

The demand for specialised advice and representation in construction law remains high. In particular, experience and expertise are also in demand for litigation and arbitration proceedings relating to construction disputes. Leinemann Partner will be celebrating its 25th anniversary next year: The law firm was founded on 1 January 2000 at the start of the new millennium and has since developed into one of the leading law firms for construction law, real estate law and public procurement law in Germany. Around 80 lawyers currently work at the offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Cologne. Further expansion is already planned.
