Hall & Wilcox has expanded its Western Australian commercial practice and corporate practice nationally with the appointment of new partner Sevan Gore.
Sevan is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Perth. He has extensive experience and capability in equity capital markets (ECM), public and private M&A, joint ventures, procurement and general corporate work. Sevan has a strong track record in leading ECM and M&A transactions for WA-based companies and founders.
Sevan joins Hall & Wilcox from Herbert Smith Freehills, where he was a senior lawyer in that firm’s market-leading corporate team.
