Ritch Mueller is pleased to announce that as of January 1, 2023, Eric Silberstein and Gabriel Torres will become Partners of our firm.
Eric joined the firm in 2016. He has over 10 years of experience advising buyers, private equity funds, sellers and financial advi- sors in the acquisition process of financial entities and companies in various sectors (including, among others, pharmaceutical, transportation, and food and beverages), in both domestic and international transactions. In the banking area, he has advised borrowers and lenders in structuring, negotiating and im- plementing structured financings.
In addition, Eric has experience advising issuers and underwriters on public and private offerings, including corporate bonds and equity offerings, in both Mexico and the United States, with a special focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 offerings.
Eric worked as a Foreign Associate at Dechert, in New York, NY (2013 – 2015) and is a member of the New York Bar since 2013.
Gabriel joined the firm in 2013. He has more than 15 years of experience in structuring and implementing real estate projects, with an emphasis in portfolio acquisitions, jv agreements, devel- opment and construction, hospitality, and formation of private equity funds. Furthermore, he advises domestic and foreign financial institutions in breach and long term financings, as well as in structuring collateral packages largely over real estate assets.
Gabriel is also active in mergers and acquisitions in a wide va- riety of sectors.
Gabriel worked as a Foreign Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, in New York, NY (2017-2018).
