Volati AB announced its increase and extension of its existing bank loan with Nordea.
Following the increase in the amount of SEK 1 000m, the revolving credit facility amounts to SEK 1 700m and the overdraft facility amounts to SEK 200m.
Volati is a Swedish industrial group focusing on acquiring well-managed and profitable companies at reasonable valuations and developing these over the long-term. The company’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
