Viva Aerobús’ Flight Permits to Commercially Operate the Bogotá–Cancún Route

Cuatrecasas has advised Viva Aerobús on the deal.

Mexican airline Viva Aerobús (Aeroenlaces Nacionales, S.A. de C.V.) obtained the flight permits to commercially operate the Bogotá–Cancún route for the international transport of persons and cargo, under the third and fourth freedoms of the air, from December 2021.

This project, which was managed in record time, promotes business and tourism development between Colombia and Mexico.

Viva Aerobús is the most accessible, low-cost airline in Mexico, with the youngest fleet in Latin America and the fastest-growing airline globally
