Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s Tour Triangle Project

Gide and Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield for the construction of the Triangle Tower. AXA IM Alts was advised by Clifford Chance.

The Triangle Tower is a unique architectural object created by the architects awarded a Pritzker Herzog & de Meuron Prize which will be built at Porte de Versailles in Paris.

This 180-meter-high, 42-storey tower will be erected within the grounds of the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. In particular, it must house a four-star hotel, more than 2,000 square meters of shared workspace (“coworking”), a health center and a cultural space.

“The Triangle Tower will be an asset for the economic development and the influence of the capital. During its construction, the project will generate more than 5,000 direct and indirect jobs”, indicates Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has also signed a partnership with AXA IM Alts, for the construction of the Triangle Tower.

The Gide team, which has supported Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield since the start of the project, is made up of Alexandre Gauthier, Emmanuel Vital Durand (Picture), partners, specializing in public law and town planning and Frederic Nouel for real estate aspects and transactional.

For the creation of the partnership with AXA IM Alts, this team was completed by Laura Castex, partner, on competition aspects, Didier Martin, partner, Cléopha Thomann, counsel, and Abel Colomb, associate, on transactional aspects, Rémi Tabbagh, partner , and Faten Anis, associate, on financing aspects and by Bruno Quentin, partner, on compliance aspects.
