David Samuel Properties acquired Marine Point, a leisure destination in New Brighton which is home to brands such as Starbucks, Home Bargains and Morrisons. Marine Point attracts over half a million visitors each year.
The 234,615 sq ft development includes a seven-screen cinema, 66-bed Travelodge and a range of other operators including Prezzo, Iceland and Costa plus nearly 700 visitor car parking spaces.
