Emerge Ecommerce Limited, an ecommerce and logistics specialist expands its presence in the logistics market through a strategic investment in Seaspace International Forwarders Limited, a specialist air and sea freight forwarder and logistics service provider.
Established within the sector, Gatwick-based Seaspace has successfully operated for over 30 years, with executive responsibilities now transferring from the majority shareholder to its management team, as the company sees a shift in ownership.
