VitalHub Corporation acquired, via one of its UK subsidiaries, of Surrey-based Hicom Technology Limited.
Hicom has been a developer of software that automates healthcare and business processes for the past twenty years. Their software supports a wide range of healthcare-centred processes including: patient and clinical care; clinical research; workforce management; recruitment and selection; learning and development; compliance management; and health & safety.
