Mobeus invested £17.7m in relation to the management buyout of B2B marketing company Inbox Insight.

Inbox Insight is a technology-focused provider of content syndication and lead generation services. Using a combination of research, content, AI and data science capabilities, Inbox Insight identifies corporate buyers with a verified interest in its client’s service or product, from a combination of proprietary and third party data sources.

The legal team advising Mobeus was led by Neil Hendron (Picture – Partner) and comprised Chelsie Taylor (Senior Associate) and Chinedu Onuchukwu (Associate) on the corporate side. Tom Rank (principal associate) provided tax advice while Jocelyn Paulley (partner) inputted from a commercial perspective.
