Brothers Drinks Co. Ltd’s Reacquisition of Babycham

TLT LLP advised Brothers Drinks Co. Ltd. with a team including James Webb (Picture – Corporate M&A), Nick Fenner (IP&IT).

Brothers Drinks Co. Ltd reacquired sparkling perry brand, Babycham, following an agreement with the brand’s current owners, Accolade Wines.

The family-owned company plans to reinvigorate the brand and to relaunch it in 2022, extending it to a new generation of consumers and sparkling drink fans.

The reacquisition is part of Brothers Drinks’ strategy and future growth plans following exceptionally strong growth performance in 2021. The company, who own the Showerings Cider Mill in Shepton Mallet, has also restored the iconic 15 ft Babycham Bambi statue to help welcome the brand back into its portfolio.
