Digital health company Rinicare has signed a collaboration and data-sharing agreement with Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT). The agreement builds upon work already taking place between the two parties to clinically evaluate Rinicare’s clinical risk prediction platform, STABILITY.
The agreement marks a significant step forward in the use of AI technology in a healthcare setting and the impact that AI-driven patient monitoring can have on high-risk critical care patients.
Hill Dickinson’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Advising team advised Rinicare on the agreement, led by partner Jamie Foster (Picture) with support from Mark Weston, partner and head of TMT Law & IP Law.
