Eagle Street Partners’ Acquisition of Real Estate Portfolio in Ireland

Walkers Global, Ashurst, Eversheds, Kirkland & Ellis and Paul Burness acted on the deal.Eagle Street Partners completed a series of strategic real estate acquisitions including office buildings in Dublin and Glasgow, a business park site in Newcastle, a BTR development at Castleforbes in Dublin, and offices in Uxbridge.

The 4.6-acre site at Castleforbes Business Park, which benefits from full planning permissions, is capable of delivering 702 residential apartments and a 219 keys hotel.

Eagle Street was founded by Scully and executive chairman and CIO Justin Bickle, and is owned by its two founders and backed by an institutional investor.
